According to my information (taken only from reliable sources) I have the following list:

Astronomy. The Aryans had observatories in the Andronovo culture. In addition, almost all of their gods and cosmology reproduce the nature of the heavenly bodies.

Pharmaceutics and medicine.
The Atharva Veda contains enough information that the Aryans understood the healing properties of plants, knew how to combine them and treat diseases.

War chariots with spokes. This apparently can be considered the first shock absorbers.

Fire. Despite the fact that it is believed that fire has been known since the Stone Age, only the Aryans have reliable information about the use of fire, and the myth of Prometheus suggests that it was they who brought fire to Greece.

Firearms. The images of Indra's thunder club and Median fire and many others indicate that they had firearms.

Iron. Despite the fact that there is alleged uncertainty, the Bronze Age catastrophe coincides with the Aryan expansion.

Drugs. Soma drink was clearly a strong stimulant. Perhaps then there were other drugs, it's not certain. However, Soma is mentioned very often in the Vedas, and one of the Vedas, the Yajurveda, is entirely devoted to the outpouring of Soma in the main ritual.

Music. There is a whole veda dedicated to music, and this is the first known musical system, and it is also a seven-note system that is still in use today.
It is also possible that there were the first metrical verses for music, in the ritual singing of hymns.

Perhaps the Aryans knew how to extract Gas. There are many references to fire coming from the water, and the largest gas field is located on the original Aryan land.

The first ever cheese, the first woolen pants (possibly the first pants in history) and well-mummified bodies were found in the Tarim Basin (this is apparently the best mummification that has ever existed)

Also the Aryans were probably the first to tame the horse. It is generally considered to be a Botai culture that was close to Andronovo.

It is mainly from the classical Vedas and archaeology

In Arabia, the horse did not live at all. This is a steppe animal.

Yeah they did. The Arabs are famous for their horses especially in the northwest and Asir.
Are "ancient Arabs" Middle Eastern Bronze Age Semites? Where is the evidence that they had horse breeding at all before the time of the Median Empire?

It is also very likely that it was the Aryans who were the first to use the cow for milk production. Only in the Aryan texts is the cow deified, and only there it is mentioned so often, and only there it is clearly indicated that cows are milked for milk eating.

In the Botai, however, according to some data, they used horse for milk. In fairness, it should be noted that there is no reliable data that accurately proves the continuity of the Aryans from the Botai. Arias were culturally formed somewhat later.
But the use of cow's milk is very reliable.

It can also be assumed with high probability that the Aryans were the first to cultivate cereals, bake bread and eat porridge, because the Aryan steppes are the places of natural growth of wild cereals. And the steppe black soil (chernozem) is the best place for their cultivation

Porridge is accurately mentioned in the Vedic texts.
In addition, it was necessary to feed big cattle and horses, which mainly consumes cereal grain

I don't know if they had copper to make Bronze or not. The Canaanites and Egyptians had copper mines.

Arabia was more verdant in the past especially in the northwest and Asir.
