But a Japanese Golden Curry (ignore the normal vegetables in the picture) on pasta is actually pretty good.
Do a chicken breast as a side protein.

Just save my half Italian sensibilities and only do it with Egg Noodles, lol.
It's in more foods than you think, and when used lightly it adds umami to many sauces.
If you want an all Native American sauce, try some cranberry sauce.
