CuteA US president once said -
I asked my friend's little girl what she wanted to be when she grows up. She said she wanted to be the President of the United States. Both of her parents Liberal Democrats were standing there. So I asked her, "If you were president what would be the first thing you would do?"
"Well", she replied, "I'd give food and houses to all the homeless people", her parents beamed.
"Wow what a worthy goal", I told her. "But you don't have to wait until you're President to do that. You see, you can come over to my house right now and you can mow the lawn, pull weeds, and sweep the driveway and I'll pay you $50. Then I'll take you over to the grocery store where that homeless guy hangs out, and you can give him that $50 towards food and a new house".
She thought that over for a few seconds, then she looked at me straight in the eye and asked, "Why doesn't the homeless guy come over, do the work and you can just pay him the $50?".
I said, "Welcome to the republican party".
Her parents are still not speaking to me.
Americans are finding out what is wrong with inequality.I work to provide for my descendants.

Years of being called envious. I am fine. I am worried about inequity for itsown sake. Not mine. The order of operations is:You constantly have these proclamations.
What and who you say you are is immaterial in a cyber debate where you can profess to be anything.
You haven't reacted to fascism's rise in time. They don't give a fk about the ballot boxes now.Cute
More blame the victim
The reality is that we slash taxes on the wealthy while our poor live in tents on the fringe of society.
We can do better
If the homeless guy mowed the lawn, pulled the weeds, and swept the driveway, what tax did he pay on the $50?Cute

Inequality exists and existed in every society. Things are not equal in nature or life. Quite the opposite. No hand of government can make it equal.Years of being called envious. I am fine. I am worried about inequity for itsown sake. Not mine. The order of operations is:
- I criticize inequity => you call me poor and envious
- I point out I am doing well => you tell me I am a liar and to donate all my stuff to charity if I dont like inequity
The circular firing squad is tiring. Here is the deal. Address the point. Inequity is the biggest danger to this nation after political malfeasance and graft.
Damn that Christian God Jesus!Inequality exists and existed in every society. Things are not equal in nature or life. Quite the opposite. No hand of government can make it equal.
Inequality is not the harbinger of doom. Trying to right it in the name of egalitarianism is.
You trust CS Lewis, okay.

Because Xi Jinping is determined to take the country in an unsustainable direction, China is entering, as some call it, a "doom loop."www.newsweek.com
I guess then you are wrong as is CS Lewis
Doesn’t exactly make us want to mirror the Chinese approach.Sure as is our economy.
Call it what you like - still centralized control of the means of production. The Chinese also use capitalism in the economy of China....
