I mean if you make up stuff you can decide to support anything. How does cutting SNAP benefits, which is food for kids mostly, push an agenda? How does cancer research push an agenda? I am one of the few people in the country who can do what i can do. That is why I am well compensated. Most people don’t have that which is why Labor Protections are required in a capitalist economy. We have failed miserably. Having faith that shit will be shared fairly isn’t working. Look at where we are, most people have nothing and a few have it all. The middle class is hollowed out. It’s not the kind of work being done… everyone is employed.. it’s what they are paid for the work.

And what happens if that "correct coverage" is too expensive? What happens if that stops you earning money?

Again, there are plenty of situations out there which are a changing world that can scupper your plans. Some people get lucky, some people don't buy insurance and have no problems, others buy insurance and the insurance company says "we don't want to pay out, go away".
