Zone1 What is Wrong with Inequality?

And that is the problem

Why should you restrict your job choices because of health insurance?
What if you want to open your own business but can’t because of health issues?
Why should I pay for an illegal alien on Medicaid, or even for some guy who doesn't feel like working?

Beats me. But that's the problem with depending on government for healthcare. Every election cycle your healthcare will be at risk.
It's like someone not insuring their car or house and then asking you to bail them out.

30M people are uninsured and another 20m will lose it with this bill. Trump is the one trashing the system with this bill. Did you respond to the right person?
Yes, and the 20,000,000 shouldn't have been put on Medicaid in the first place. Illegal aliens shouldn't receive one penny of taxpayer subsidies.

You just want everything handed to you on a golden platter, don't you? Your health is YOUR business, it's not my business or the government's business. I made my employment choices because of pay and benefits, the job sucked at times, but it's really paying off now I'm retired. Fixed benefit pension, matching 401K, health benefits and so on.

No, it isn't. Equity hides behind the door machinations involving picking people to be favored based on things like race, sex, gender, hair color or any other balkanizing category.
Equality means Larry Bird and Michael Jordan both have the same opportunity to impress NBA scouts. Equity means Michael Jordan and Angela Reese get the same contract.

A view that hasn’t been relative in over 80 years.

A Government “of the people, by the people and FOR the people” makes sure We the People do not suffer.

Every man for himself hasn’t been a strategy since Caveman Days

Inequality existed back in the past. The rich had a lot of money, and the poor had almost nothing. Was that good?

We're far more equal now. The problem is that the rich are using their wealth to enrich themselves and impoverish the poor. Why? Supposedly there's an electoral system where the poor can vote for their own interests. But no, the electoral system doesn't really allow that, it forces the poor to vote for two people who are usually out to enrich themselves and do the bidding for the rich.

Time to change the electoral system.
Yeah, except two unemployed pot-smoking leftwingers have more of a say on the tax code than a CEO. How is that fair?

The USSR, PRC, DPRK, the various communist states of Eastern Europe all proved that.
Wrong Role-Model Word

Each of the Rs there stands for "Republic." It's not a Leftist perversion of that term, which Republicans will be quick to lie about; representativism is an unrealistic goal, a form of elitism, a continuation of clique-rule.

It isn’t luck, it’s proper preparation. As we used to say in the Army: “proper prior planning prevents piss poor performance”.
One Size Never Fits All

Nothing claimed on the Nextrix tells us what group it is claimed for. I've been using that Army saying about how not paying college students accounts for their poor performance after they're rewarded jobs solely for self-sacrifice. Since no hired Influencer makes that analogy, the influenced are made to believe it doesn't apply.

"Fair share"? Come on now we've been playing that game for decades. Who decides what is "fair"? I'm all for giving breaks to small business owners. Tax breaks for large conglomerates can be a good thing or a bad thing it a case by case thing.
As long as the wealthy have wealth there will always be someone who thinks that they shouldn't. I think the last time I looked 87 percent of the taxes are paid by the top 20 percent of the wage earners. I mean...what else do they want to see?

Neither Government nor The Rich do anything to prevent people with the talent and initiative from acquiring and accumulating wealth. The examples are too numerous to count. The "argument" that they do is nothing but an excuse by losers for their failure to succeed.

If you don't think that The Rich pay enough in taxes, call your congress-person, but any FAIR tax system would have a maximum tax, expressed in dollars, beyond which the Sovereign may not reach. Elon ******* Musk paid ELEVEN BILLION DOLLARS in FIT in fiscal 2021. Enough?
No....for them it's never enough. If after paying taxes Elon still has more than they do they just assume that he didn't pay enough.
You cannot fix this...it's a mental defect.

Years ago I watched a Nat Geo special about baboons. I was amazed to see how easily they were caught by a local Tribe that used coconut Traps. The coconut had a hole in it big enough for the Baboon to put his or her hand in. Inside the coconut was some kind of aromatic rice....While the hole was big enough for the baboon to take his empty hand out it wasn't big enough to withdraw the hand full of rice. Et Voila! The Baboon became lunch because it didn't know enough to let go of the rice....lol..... I leave the rest of the comparison up to those who can figure it out.

Charity. There are excellent charity programs paid by by the rich people you hate.
Yeah, except it’s not just poor people who’d need this “charity”

Middle class Americans could never, ever pay out of pocket for their healthcare. Never in a million years

The same way they did from 1600 to the 1960s. Medical care was cheap because the user paid the entire freight.
I’m sure the healthcare industry will willingly slash their prices by 95%

That could happen, right?

Southeast Asians are far inferior to the Japanese, Koreans, and Chinese. The Chickenhawks and anti-war protesters invited the Vietnamese in as still another insult to the Americans our sheltered rulers sent to die over there.
I don’t know, most Vietnamese-Americans I know are hard working, law abiding individuals who fit the “model minority” stereotype as much as Koreans, Chinese etc.
