And the courts' job is to adjudicate the length and breadth of those powers. No, the Constitution spells out those powers.

Biden's first attempt was illegal and he was checked by the courts. Didn't your MAGA media tell you this?
His second attempt was legal because he was correcting errors made in the administration of a law enacted in 2008 which was supposed to forgive loans if the recipients completed 10 years of public service.
Most of those who completed that service did not have their loans forgiven because the private company which managed those loans was denying their claims and financially raping them.
There was also a fraudulent organization called The Center for Excellence in Higher Education which ripped off nearly 85,000 students.
Biden fixed that harm.
Now you can tag this post with False News and pretend the lies you've been told are real.
Tell Trump he does not have the purse strings as well, then you will be consistent and right. That's a bunch of bullshit. Biden doesn't have the pursestrings. Congress does. Biden illegally forgave student debt.

Courts keep telling Biden his student loan scam is illegal. Will it stop him? Nah!
President Joe Biden has rolled out several student loan forgiveness schemes that abuse his executive authority.www.usatoday.com
PERIOD. I don't care what PMSDNC told you. Having a president literally say that the SCOTUS tried to stop him from illegally forgiving debt and that didn't stop him sounds like the definition of a threat to democracy to me.
If someone "ripped off" the students, then that place should be sued in court. Not given handouts of taxpayer money. The students voluntarily signed the loan documents. Those are legally binding contracts. Even if they "suck." Regret taking out the loan? So do a lot of people. Pay it off and learn from your mistakes. Like people USED to do before we had democrat handouts illegally given to students.
The only way I will support student loan forgiveness is if the students give up their degrees that they got with that money. Otherwise you simply stole it from the taxpayers.
