Can anyone here explain what the difference is between a socialist and “progressive democrat”?

The reason I ask this is because Hillary Clinton could not answer "What’s the difference between a socialist and democrat"? But Hillary did CONFIRM she is a “progressive democrat”.

So, what is the difference between a socialist and a "progressive democrat"?

Is she a progressive? It seems to depend on which day of the you ask her.

In view of the fact that Hillary Clinton has told us she is a "progressive democrat", shouldn't someone at FoxNews ask her or one of her surrogates, what is the difference between a "progressive democrat" and socialist?

Is this not a fair question to ask someone running to be our next president, perhaps at a press conference?

What did Hillary Clinton really say about the TPP [Trans Pacific Partnership] deal?

One day she says she is a progressive and the next she says she is a moderate.

It is not clear whether Hillary is lying or if she is just too crazy to realize she is contradicting herself.

Socialists (Bernie) was more honest, that's the difference.

How much socialism does one have to support before one qualifies for the label of 'socialist'?

Bernie was certainly more interesting than Hillary, but when it comes to the poor

'Q: What does Bernie want to do about wealth disparity among blacks?

A: Bernie is on the front line of addressing economic inequality for all Americans, particularly blacks who are disproportionately affected by systemic inequities that directly contribute to economic disparity. An important thing to understand about Bernie--perhaps the most important thing with regards to his views on issues affecting people of color--is that he views economic inequality and institutional racism as parallel and interrelated issues that must be addressed simultaneously: "Too many African-Americans and other minorities find themselves subjected to a system that treats citizens who have not committed crimes like criminals. A growing number of communities do not trust the police and police have become disconnected from the communities they are sworn to protect. We must reform our criminal justice system. Black lives do matter. Communities of color also face the violence of economic deprivation."'

Bernie Sanders on Welfare & Poverty

Exactly what did Bernie say he would do?

So why doesn't Bernie have a plan for helping poor Americans? Bernie explains that 80% of poor people don't vote, implying that he must appeal to the middle class if he hopes to win an election and the poor would just have to fend for themselves.
