Treatments for people who actually have the virus are different than vaccines that people are given to try to prevent them. This is a new drug that has been developed, and was only approved for use by the FDA in December. In other word, doctors were not only working on a vaccine, but they were also working on treatments for people who developed COVID. Vaccines don't work on people who already have the infection.

And yeah, you could say that the vaccine doesn't work, because Biden got it, and now has COVID. But, notice that he's got a mild case instead of a full blown infection that would have put him in the hospital. Vaccines are a preventative measure, but they don't always work 100 percent. Look at all the people who get the flu yearly even in spite of getting their flu shots. If they get their flu shot, they generally have a much less severe case of the flu. Same here, Biden got the vaccine, but when he ended up with COVID, it was a much milder case than what it could have been.

Because they grow spike proteins on cells that should never have them, they change the human genome and reduce the natural immune system response permanently. This is why right after a mRNA shot is given, people who get them are 10 times more susceptible to infection from COVID.
