What is Needed for full Disclosure?

I seem to have come across a rather large inefficiency in the pricing of puts and calls. Also in the absence of margin the free ride rule does not apply, is that right? I have been double checking that but I am not a lawyer.

Since I found this presumed error and assuming it is not in fact an artifact I am stymied on how to proceed with my book, which I really do want to write.
