What is it Exactly that so Infuriates the Left about Trump?

Well, Trump said he would release them and is going to release them, for an October Surprise next year.
It's no longer up to Trump. The house will have the 218 votes to subpoena the Epstein files in their entirety, both redacted and un-redacted.
It will be an October surprise, but October 2025

You neo-leftists really are friggin' morons. Did the bank's appraisers not do their due diligence? I think they know the value of Trump's properties better than you or Letitia James. Trump has spent his whole life in Real Estate, I think he knows the value of his properties better than you or Letitia James. The bank never complained or filed suit. But, Letitia James, who campaigned on "getting Trump" tried to find anything the harass Trump with. This whole lawsuit is purely politically motivated and there was no law broken, only the public's trust in the law was broken, especially in NY.
Re: The bank never complained or filed suit.

Let me give you a good example of why this is nonsence.

Over 450 predominantly immigrant workers who cleaned New York City subways during the COVID-19 pandemic received a $3 million back pay settlement in August 2025. The settlement was the result of a lawsuit filed by the New York City Comptroller's office against two cleaning contractors and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA).

The City Comptroller's office determined that the workers were legally entitled to "prevailing wages," a higher rate of pay required for city public works contracts.

Consequently, the workers were underpaid by an average of about $14 per hour and lacked supplemental benefits.

Another case of the victims not complaining or filing a lawsuit. And a government entity looking out for their rights bringing suit.

Hey Idiot, the bank testified or tried to testify (blocked by judge) that they couldn't have been happier with Trump's loan and would loan to him again.

So they conspired against your preferred candidate and that makes a convicted openly corrupt felon and likely rapist preferable?

Do you understand that those priorities are well... crazy?
Your hands and words might ring a bell if they weren't dripping in Democrat blood because of your blind loyalty to a party that is being revealed daily now that Trump was set up by them.

Hey Idiot, the bank testified or tried to testify (blocked by judge) that they couldn't have been happier with Trump's loan and would loan to him again.
That's because they didn't know how badly Trump was ripping them off.
They still thought Trumps suite at the top of Trump Towers was 30,000 square feet.

It's a lie if your valuation claim is more than 10% over an independent appraised value.
It's also a lie if your valuation claim is less than the appraised value, but there is no legal exposure in that case, since the bank would charge you more, than if you had a bigger LVT ratio.
And who's responsibility is it to do the due diligence on a property?

Hey Idiot, the bank testified or tried to testify (blocked by judge) that they couldn't have been happier with Trump's loan and would loan to him again.
And there were thousands of Bernie Maddoff investors who sang his praises.

His actual policies don’t bother me so much as his fragile ego and the undignified way he behaves, unbecoming to his office.

He conducts way to much official presidential business on social media

Hugging the flag like a mentally retarded child

His obsession with crowd size

Pandering to his base, because “likes” and retweets are more important to him than his actual position
Are you living in the past ? Uhhh it's 2025 the new modern time in which the technocrats have pushed the nation into utilizing technology in just about every informational medium used. You people love using technology in every way possible to gain support and do your business with, but if Trump does it then you want to act as if he's stupid for it ? 😆

The hypocrisy just never ends.

And who's responsibility is it to do the due diligence on a property?

Due diligence does not absolve criminal behavior.

It's like someone being caught trying to fence a piece of jewelry they shoplifted from Tiffany's.
Saying he shouldn't be prosecuted, because Tiffany didn't do their due diligence to prevent him from stealing from them.
And they never filed a criminal complaint.

Gee, I want to find me a bank that stupid too! :lmao:

Look, we can go on all day. I have my political beliefs and so do you. If you want to call me crazy for mine, go for it. I don't give a rat's ass. All I care about is ridding the government of the neo-leftist scourge, and getting the American government to provide more for the American working middle class. Whoever does the most for the working middle class gets my vote, and from what I see the GOP is doing a better job at the moment. If, by some miracle, the democrap party can find someone like Sanders was in 2016, I'll gladly support that person. So, if you want me to stop supporting the GOP, give me a better democrap party. It's really that simple.
Fair enough, but you do realize that Sanders is actually an idiot now right ? It's very doubtful that the current Democrats will be able to fix their party by somehow producing a candidate that would meet your standards anytime soon.

Answer the question....Who's job is it when making a loan, to do their due diligence on a property? It's a simple answer....

Piss poor analogy....apples and oranges.

1. In the 2020 and 2024 elections, he sowed discontent into his voter base with his unfounded attacks on mail in voting.

2. While sowing this discontent and attacking the integrity of democracy, he was conspiring to illegally overturn the election in 2020. He tried to subvert the democractic process to keep himself as president.

3. He installed supreme court justices that ended up contributing to the overturning of Roe vs Wade, and now abortion is outright banned in multiple states.

4. The day before his inaguation, he released a scam Meme Coin, thereby scamming his own voter base. This memecoin also being a massive conflict of interest as it opens ways for people and other countries to send him bribes annonymously. You guys won't hear any complaints about just how terrible this is until a democrat utilizes something that Trump has normalized....

5. He's installed an anti-vaxxer to Secretary of Health and Human Services. And has gone on national TV saying some insane things about vaccines which will only increase the amount of anti-vaxxers in the American population, and will inevitably lead to an increase of preventable deaths among CHILDREN. Instead of listening to Trump and RFK and other politicans on vaccines, we should listen to what the educated scientists in this field are telling us.

6. Successfully continued to a more extreme length to encourage an anti-science voter base, and normalize trusting politicians over world wide science. Truly idiocracy in action.

7. Russia-Ukraine: After saying he would solve it in 1 day, he's done basically nothing apart from ultimately help Russia. He constantly treats Ukraine with disrespect and not like they are the ones being invaded. He constantly says he 'just wants to see the deaths stop', but doesn't have that same kind of reasoning when it comes to the Isreal-Gaza conflict.

8. Climate Science: When he was first elected in 2016, he immediately replaced the head of the EPA with Scott Pruitt. A guy that has ties to the oil industry. That basically sums up what has been the beginning of yet another attack on science. The entire republican argument against anthropogenic climate change is basically courtesy of funding from Big Oil. Yet again, the republican sheep of a voter base just choose to be ultra skeptical of world wide science, while applying zero of that skepticism to the talking points coming from oil funded scientists.

9. Let Musk go wild with DOGE, resulting in cuts to many different services that benefit the American people while not really returning anything of value. Despite these cuts to things that would help the poorer and middle classes of America, continued tax cuts to the ultra wealthy has meant the deficit has still risen a lot. The benefits from increasing the deficit once again largely go to the elite wealth, while the average American is left holding the bill.

10. Despite riling you all up about 'Draining the swamp', he proceeded to elect a cabinet that has by far the greatest combined 'net worth' than any president in history. Including a lot of billionaires.

11. He also implemented executive orders which has meant he can fire people from non-partisan positions and replace them with loyalists. Executive Order 14171, titled "Restoring Accountability to Policy-Influencing Positions Within the Federal Workforce."

12. He attacks the press, and freedom of the press. Freedom of the press being integral to a free and functioning democracy.

13. Despite the entire republican party riling you all up about the Epstein files, it is now just a hoax by the democrats apparently....

14. Constantly 'jokes' about things that end up not being jokes.

15. He is implementing project 2025 - https://www.project2025.observer/end

16. Massive cuts to Medicaid are in the pipeline. This will ultimately hurt a lot of Americans, both democrat and republican. Red states are expected to be hit hard, as many rural hospitals rely on Medicaid to stay afloat. This comes despite Trump's promise that he wouldn't cut medicaid. He is effectively cutting medicaid to give more tax breaks to the rich.

17. Trump and republicans in general critize areas like SF for their problems with crime and homelessness. Despite the fact that a driving cause of this is that these democrat run cities are the product of the same capitalism that republicans say they love. These are high income areas that very beneficial to the American economy. It's just a problem when housing availability is bad, and the cost of living is extremely high due to this influx of wealth, it creates more poverty, which in turn creates worse outcomes for homelessness and crime. For all the shit that republicans talk about California, red states are getting welfare benfits that come from California doing so well economically. Overall blue states are bigger contributors of federal tax revenue in the US, while red states are less. So red states are more likely to receive more in federal spending per dollar of taxes paid that blue states are. If this was the other way around, I have NO DOUBT that republicans would be complaining about this, saying it's not fair and that those states should not get a bigger portion and it should be equal.

Any true American patriot should hate Trump.
Fundamental change ain't pretty is it (?), but when Obama came out swinging against much of America, then you all kept your mouths shut... He deported thousands upon thousands of illegals back across the border, and as he unleashed policy after policy against the majorities will in this country you said nothing. Obama and his predecessors caused a lot of trouble for the country also, but you sat there quiet about it all did you not ??

Answer the question....Who's job is it when making a loan, to do their due diligence on a property? It's a simple answer....
Actually it's not simple, since doing their"due diligence" require they get business records, which may have also been falsified.

Records show that Donald Trump's company provided different, and conflicting, occupancy rates for some buildings to lenders and tax authorities. For instance, ProPublica revealed that in 2012, the Trump Organization reported an occupancy rate of almost 99% for Trump Tower's commercial space to lenders while claiming it was 83% to tax officials.

Piss poor analogy....apples and oranges.

Then how about this one

NEW YORK - A man accused of posing as a doctor and giving a woman a botched cosmetic procedure that left her dead faced a judge Monday, as the victim’s grieving family spoke out.

Authorities say Maria Peñaloza, 31, died after undergoing a cosmetic procedure inside the Astoria apartment of Felipe Hoyos-Foronda, who prosecutors say falsely presented himself as a doctor

You would claim she failed to do due diligence, to verify his medical license.

In Trumps case, it's because he has more appraisers on staff than the bank does.

Trump even used a noted reliable appraisers name (without his permission) in his valuation claim.

Giving the bank your own estimated value isn't criminal behavior.

Your example, selling stolen property, isn't equivalent to getting a loan.
