What is it about Negroes and busses?

Time and again...countless times...we see negroes acting out on busses...from the grade school on up...is it time to institute new laws regarding attacks on bus drivers or on passengers in busses? Could the penalties for terrorism on busses be perhaps upgraded...something needs to be done to stop these all too frequent attacks...especially those on students, the elderly, and women.

We have a list of certain types of people who cannot fly...called the no fly list. Perhaps we need to institute a new list...banning certain types from riding busses and endangering and intimidating the young, the elderly and women just to mention a few categories of victims of this violence occuring in our public transportation....how is the subway situation in N.Y.? That transportation system has been a playground for thugs for decades.
