I told you in my first post that just about every immigration reform bill including provisions for protecting our border. Schumer is just reiterating that fact. He says quite plainly he is all for immigration reform which brings some sanity to our visa system.
Our visa system is way out of whack. It does not provide the supply of labor we need to support the demand. The quota system is also way out of whack. It is downright retarded.
