Why did Booker do this? This was a terrible, terrible move for his party. They're already seen as being in complete chaos, death-spiral meltdown mode, and now Booker has removed any doubt that the party is 100% devoted to Trump/Musk-hate and absolutely nothing else.

This was the worst possible thing any Democrat could have done right now.

I have to conclude Booker is working for the Republicans. It's the only explanation that makes sense.
