Zone1 What if Trump was Right?

In 2000, Al Gore knew he was right
He lost Florida by 500 votes in a state of 20 million
He lost by a total of 2 Electoral Votes
The brother of his opponent was the Governor of Florida

Al Gore exhausted his legal challenges and stepped aside for the good of the country.
As Vice President, he was responsible for confirming the EVs
Like Mike Pence, he refused to interfere.

Trump should have done the same
This year the Republicans just acted like assholes as Kamala read off the states electoral votes.

So now all the news junkies will have their next bowl of pablum, and be able to shriek about how they KNEW all along that Trump was a criminal, and he tried to overthrow the government, blah, blah, blah.

But here is the question I would like to address (and get some serious pondrification from others). What if Trump was right? What if the combination of the suppressed Hunter Biden Laptop story, Zuckerberg's half-billion dollar campaign to illegally buy Biden votes, vote harvesting in Atlanta and elsewhere, and shenanigans with voting rules by various Secretaries of State truly did amount to stealing the 2020 election?

If it makes it easier, imagine that the result went the opposite way, and all of those factors favored Trump. How should Biden have acted in that case?

If a sitting Presidential KNOWS that the election was stolen - knows it for a fact - and there is no legal remedy for the theft, how should s/he respond?

DO NOT use this space to re-argue whether Trump was right or not. PRESUME that he was right. How should he have handled it?
I think President Trump has it right and his heart is in the right place. We won't end the lawfare by retaliating with more lawfare.

Right or wrong he exercises his constitutional right to speak what he believes and thinks. But his 'revenge' so to speak is his regaining the power to make a difference. He hopes to expose the malfeasance and corruption that we have endured for the last four years.

By re-establishing free speech that allows all information to be put out there instead of just partisan propaganda, he intends to show how bad the woke/progressive/deep state/Democrat agenda has been by re-establishing common sense, choices, options, opportunity and ability to prosper to all Americans.

As of January 6th, NO COURT that saw a case was willing to hear the case on its merits. Every single case was tossed on procedural grounds. No judges wanted to get caught up in a Bush-Gore fiasco.

If Trump was right, he had the court system to take his evidence to and seek to overturn the election results

But, Trump did that and his evidence was laughed at.

So when he could not legally overturn the election, he sought to overturn the results illegally by bullying election officials, urging his VP to reject the results and sending a mob to force Congress to stop the count
Lies.

Hypothetically, if the 2020 election was stolen, there would be substantial proof.

That proof should be taken to court and have the courts nullify the results.

"Everybody know it" is not substantial proof.

Don't trust the courts. The right leaning Supreme Court helped Bush steal 2000 and if it were closer, they would have gone along with Trump's plan too. 2000 was a shady election and none of the proof seems to make a difference.

On Sept. 30, 2004, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California held that Diebold Election Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of electronic voting machines, and an affiliated company (“Diebold”) violated a provision of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) by sending misleading copyright infringement notices to several Internet service providers (“ISPs”).

Diebold resolves civil whistle-blower action involving the manufacture and sale of electronic voting machines

(OAKLAND) – Attorney General Bill Lockyer today announced a proposed $2.6 million settlement with Diebold Election Systems, Inc. (Diebold) to resolve a lawsuit that alleged the Texas-based firm provided false information to obtain payments from the state and counties for its electronic voting equipment.

"There is no more fundamental right in our democracy than the right to vote and have your vote counted," said Lockyer. "In making false claims about its equipment, Diebold treated that right, and the taxpayers who bought its machines, cavalierly. This settlement holds Diebold accountable and helps ensure the future quality and security of its voting systems."

I could go on and on about Diebold Voting Machines and how they rigged Florida in 2000 for Bush.

Diebold's sale of voting machine unit has Justice Dept. concerned

WASHINGTON (AP) -- The largest voting machine company in the country bought its biggest competitor six months ago without advance fanfare. Now the Justice Department is investigating whether to unwind the merger that put a privately held Nebraska company in control of the voting machines in nearly 70 percent of the nation's precincts.

Identify a lie

It's one thing to come here and say someone is lying. Or to go on Fox News and say the election was rigged. But when Trump Republicans took their case to the courts, they were tossed out.

Judge holds Rudy Giuliani in contempt for continued lies about election workers

Then again

Second judge finds Giuliani in contempt of court for lying about Georgia election workers

“It is outrageous and shameful,” Howell said. “This takes real chutzpah, Mr Giuliani.”

Following the hearing, Giuliani told reporters he believes Howell is “not American” because she had her “opinion written before” the hearing. He then compared her to Soviets and Nazis.

In addition to finding Giuliani in contempt, Howell ordered that within 10 days - Trump’s Inauguration Day – he must swear in a statement sent to the court that he’s reviewed and acknowledges several records showing that there was no fraud in the 2020 election. If he doesn’t do that, he’ll be fined $200 a day.

What a crock. Cases that were brought were almost all simply dismissed on one “procedural” ground or another.

Face facts. Nobody wanted to touch at hot potato.

Regardless of whether the cheating that took place sufficed to garner the Biden “win,” it is still a fascinating topic. What if it had resulted in the loser being declared the winner? What is the remedy for that when courts decline to even entertain any suits?

They were dismissed because they had no merit

donny lost in 2020 & those that believe otherwise are full tilt cultist trump humping MAGAts.

lawfare has been the bastion of moral turpitude DG

Does the constitution set out a process to follow when objecting to a result?

Didn't one objection result in a duel? Probably going back some time.

Why couldn't you? :1peleas:
I know why. :D
I could tell you to your face, and you still will never understand.
Oh Ye Silly Boo Boo of the Malakia.
The cheating, it was nipped in the bud.

So your evidence that we cheated in 2020 is that you tried to cheat this year and got caught?

Officials in Lancaster County in the swing state of Pennsylvania say they identified hundreds of potentially fraudulent voter registration applications.

Who sent them in?

Republican-leaning Lancaster County has more than 360,000 registered voters.

This is like saying you have evidence that electronic voting machines were hacked and then you point to Trump's lawyer Sidney Powell who did it.

This happened in a Republican leaning County. No surprise.

Oh you can just go fuck all the way off after that bullshit.
I will be kicking your ass a tad bit more now. Your retardation cannot be propagated.
It's not beneficial to mankind.
