What happens when you spit toward the sky, Mike Pence?

YES because there is NO STATE of Indiana security laws comparable to what Hilliary did!

The information upon which the article is based, came from the state of Indiana itself. An unspecified number of Pence’s emails were not released as part of the public-records request because, as the Star reported, “the state considers them confidential and too sensitive to release to the public.”

Pence repeatedly attacked Clinton over emails during his bid for national office – [something else to consider,] is also the fact that Clinton’s system was never compromised, while Pence’s was.

Pence's email controversy is everything his critics could've hoped for

Ask comey, he said she did.

Verbatim, this is what Comey concluded in July 5th, 2016

“Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.”

And his statement "NO reasonable prosecutor....."

Maybe he should have checked his "IN" box...

Contrary to widespread reports, federal prosecutors issued grand jury subpoenas in connection with an investigation into Hillary Clinton's email server, an FBI official indicated in a court filing this week.

After FBI Director James Comey announced last July that there were no plans to prosecute Hillary Clinton or her top aides in connection with the exchange of sensitive national security information on her private email system, many Republicans argued that the FBI pulled its punches in the probe, particularly by failing to convene a grand jury that could subpoena records and evidence related to the case.

However, a top FBI official revealed in a civil lawsuit this week that investigators used grand jury subpoenas in an unsuccessful attempt to obtain archived copies of some of Clinton's old email messages.

The former head of the CIA, John Brennan, who was appointed by Barry Hussein and spends most of his time these days trashing the President of the United States had his personal e-mail account hacked in 2016. Did he know any secrets? The left doesn't care one way or the other as long as the former CIA chief keeps attacking the President. Now the left has hired unnamed "cyber security experts" (foreign agents?) or (the same people who hacked Brennan's files?) to try to cast suspicion about the Vice President in a Hail Mary play that has no substance..

This is really not a big deal....just a short article on the blatant hypocrisy that permeates right wingers' "thinking".....(I refrained in my thread's title from writing "pissing in the wind"......lol)

The Indianapolis Star published a striking scoop last night:

Vice President Mike Pence routinely used a private email account to conduct public business as governor of Indiana, at times discussing sensitive matters and homeland security issues.

Emails released to IndyStar in response to a public records request show Pence communicated via his personal AOL account with top advisers on topics ranging from security gates at the governor’s residence to the state’s response to terror attacks across the globe. In one email, Pence’s top state homeland security adviser relayed an update from the FBI regarding the arrests of several men on federal terror-related charges.

Cybersecurity experts say the emails raise concerns about whether such sensitive information was adequately protected from hackers, given that personal accounts like Pence’s are typically less secure than government email accounts. In fact, Pence’s personal account was hacked last summer.

Furthermore, advocates for open government expressed concerns about transparency because personal emails aren’t immediately captured on state servers that are searched in response to public records requests.

No one is denying the accuracy of the materials; they came from the state of Indiana itself. What’s more, an unspecified number of Pence’s emails were not released as part of the public-records request because, as the Star reported, “the state considers them confidential and too sensitive to release to the public.”

So, where’s the hair-on-fire apoplexy?

The Star’s report added that Pence’s account “was actually compromised last summer by a scammer who sent an email to his contacts claiming Pence and his wife were stranded in the Philippines and in urgent need of money.” (Pence apologized to his contacts … and created a new AOL account.)

Pence's email controversy is everything his critics could've hoped for

He should just delete 33,000 of them, bleach his hard drive, smash it with a hammer, and refuse to answer questions about them. Worked for the criminal Hillary.

Touche! Excellent point tat the liberals will of course ignore!

So pence did something legal and that’s bad

Hillary did something illegal and that’s not bad

Was any of the information that pence sent via email classified? If not, then there is nothing there. Just because someone calls it sensitive doesn't mean it is, and it is a long way from being classified.

I say go ahead and investigate pence. You'll find no laws have been broken because he wasn't handling classified material.

And what are Indiana's penalties for confidential or too sensitive to release?

NONE, I'm sure...Just a big "H" for hypocrite on Pence's forehead.

Seriously do you know what hypocrite means?

First of all that is your subjective, unsubstantiated opinion.

Secondly.. Why? If there are no penalties or laws being broken how is it hypocritical?

Remember very clearly... Hillary and her aides had emails MARKED they were sent or received; seven of her email chains had the "top secret" designation.
While secretary of state, Clinton exclusively used a private email account hosted on a private email server installed at her family’s home in Westchester, New York.
And at least 100 of the 30,000 emails Clinton turned over to the state department have turned out to have contained classified information at the time they were sent or received; seven of her email chains had the "top secret" designation.

He also said more than likely she gave our enemies classified information. If any of us thought of doing it, we would be in jail, and so should Hillary. If pence knowingly gave our enemies classified information, he should go to jail.
