What Happened to The Republican Party?

At least on this message board. As a lot of you guys seemed to have softened up to the point where I don't know you anymore and a lot of you have turned on me because of it. I get that a lot of you want peace and believe me I do too, but I also want to go to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and that's never going to happen. I'm sorry but I just really don't get it with a lot of you how a lot of you keep talking about unity and completely disowning me because I don't want it anymore.



Why would I want unity with a party that wants to silence you because they dislike what you have to say? Why would I want unity with people who want to take away our guns and even our speech to say that if you're going to mess with America and it's people then eventually you're going to get eliminated one way or the other? As Missouri_Mike said it best.



There is a difference between left-wing violence and right-wing violence. In left-wing violence you could simply get shot for having a different point of view than them, or the wrong skin color, or the wrong sexuality. Right-wing violence is why don't you come and try it sucker!? As right-wing violence only happens when provoked. It seems like a lot of you have forgotten that and have even come after me because I'm sick and tired of all the violent communists in our country that want us dead.



The old school democrats, you guys don't bother me because you just mind your own business. It just seems like an awful lot of you have forgotten that holding hands around the campfire and singing Kumbaya with these people is LOOOOONNNNNGGGG over. They don't want to talk to you alright? They want to murder you in cold blood and laugh hysterically just like what happened with Kirk. Some of ya'all need to wake up before it's too late.

Just so everybody is aware of what I'm talking about I already had two people disown me on here. Not like it's any skin off my back, but there is nothing, absolutely NOTHING that I've been talking about lately that is wrong.


Except for one thing that I came right out and admitted to that people mocking Kirk's death might simply just be misguided and not evil by choice in wanting us dead, evil by being brainwashed by the mainstream media and edited clips of Kirk on YouTube.

Abortion should up to the states, but I generally oppose efforts to regulate procreation, See this thread. TNHarley captures my view pretty well: "Pro life" is not a conservative position.

I already saw that thread and I disagree with that view. So it looks like you are pretty center then as you claim as you have a mix of conservative and liberal views.

My views are primarily libertarian. I don't think government should be used to tell people how to live, and, at present, Ds and Rs are both committed to that kind of agenda.
