I've explained it several times now... "high crimes and misdemeanors" simply means crimes and misdemeanors which rise to level of serious nature and consequence. It's not expressed more specifically so as not to tie the hands of the House. If this should ever move to actual articles of impeachment, you will hear the phrase "rise to the level" very often. It will be debated as to whether a charge is serious enough to warrant impeachment.

The deranged relentless obsession you have with him is going to eventually result in more people becoming sympathetic with Trump. I think the whole entire Russia narrative arose after Hillary lost the election. Trump had made a joke during the campaign about the Russians maybe finding her lost emails and that one little joke has been the impetus behind this entire debacle. Even Putin is laughing about how ridiculous the allegations are.

As for censure, I doubt that's going to happen either. You'll need to win back the House and I doubt seriously that is going to happen. Democrats are failing to win elections everywhere. The House draws up the impeachment charges, the charges do not have to be laws that Trump has broken, just charges. The Senate then votes on the charges, If enough guilty votes are cast, Trump can be removed. If Trump committed lawful crimes he could later be indicted for any lawful crimes he committed.

They are going to charge him with eating two scoops of ice cream and over cooked steak with ketchup.
