Of course, that is also not hard considering the extremely thin atmosphere on Mars.

The average atmospheric pressure on Mars is between 6 and 7 millibars. So when talking about an atmosphere so thin almost any change is significant.

We do not see such minimal changes in pressure cause those effects on Earth because the average atmospheric pressure is over 1,000 millibars.

And contrary to what many try to say, short of extreme volcanic activity that would render pretty much all life extinct Earth will never approach the temperatures of Venus. Which is hot primarily because the atmosphere there is a crushing 90,000 millibars.

Couple of degrees of frost at night, high forties and mid 50's for daytime highs. Had a chance to mow my lawn, prune the fig bush, generally do a little cleanup around the place. Five days coming up with no rain, highs mid-40's, lows mid-20's. I will have to cover my lime tree tomorrow. Then showers and daytime highs in the low 50's to high 50's. Night time lows in the 40's. Not our usual temperatures this time of year. Next four days about normal.
