What does Trump have to offer people that love infrastructure

What does Trump have to offer people that love infrastructure, science(space science, fusion, advance physics, etc), r&d, education and seeing America lead the world?

Honestly, I believe protecting this country from terrorist is important, but not doing the above is becoming like the terrorist. I find that unacceptable.

Remember there is Trump the politician and Trump the developer. Infrastructure is in the man's blood I've heard him comment numerous times on the embarrassment of America's buildings, airports, roads and bridges. He is about America being great again and you have a good list for getting back to that.
