Make up? Well Hollyweird would be a whole different place, but since the days of plastic surgery you can get a smile permanently posted on your face, you can have your make up permanently tattooed onto your face, there are always options..

I doubt the magazines would change how they air brush their covers..

So basically not much other than the standard for what is considered "beautiful" would change!

Just remember that once upon a time a woman of girth was the desired woman as it meant she came from wealth and skinny women were shunned..
