Comey is clearly guilty of malfeasance.

So he is only doing his job when he refused to recommend a criminal is prosecuted because they have political power despite only admitting anyone else who did the same would be arrested? But when he reports to Congress about reopening a criminal investigation when new evidence is discovered is malfeasance because it makes your candidate look bad?

This is precisely what's wrong with this nation. You care more about criminals getting political power than the truth. If Donald Trump was being investigated for any crime you'd be all for this.

Had he not played AG, and Grand Jury all on his own then this mess would not have happened and maybe it would not be Hillary and creepy Kaine running. Comey hasn't charged the criminal with anything, Nor has he done any politicking for Trump or against her so he hasn't violated the Hatch Act.

I wish Attorney General Loretta Lynch would instruct FBI Director Comey to provide an updated statement on Hillary's emails. My understanding is that the State Department launched a second investigation that found that NONE of Hillary's emails were marked classified at the time they were sent or received. NONE. It is also my understanding that Hillary asked NSA for a secure phone for email when she first took office, but was turned down. This confusion needs to be cleared up.
