Just a reminder, this isn't normal.

With libs tooth gnashing and screeching like howler monkeys, it was the correct thing to do.
Howler monkeys are on your side, kid.

I'd love to see the objective data they analyzed that led them to conclude that we could become a global manufacturing leader again.

Including the cost of labor, land, building and the effects of automation.

I'm kidding. They don't have such objective data. They're just running with Trump's tariff fetish.
Had me going there for a second.

I was like "surely he doesn't think they did studies or consulted with economists or anything..."

Waa, waa, waa...You can cry all you want...You can act like you're a tough guy...But we know better pussy...

Now, go put on your black clothing, and get out there and show yourself to be the enemy of America you are....fuckhead...
Wow, there's something really wrong with you people.

Massively unsettling global economies in pursuit of restoring bygone era domestic manufacturing industries that aren't coming back isn't normal.

The prez imposing policies that have the affect of previously unseen stock market losses and a predicted recession isn't normal.

Trump’s self-inflicted tariff crisis sparks confusion, chaos and questions of competence

Trump Skips Return Of Dead U.S. Soldiers To Play Golf And Boost His Business Instead

While Trump typically goes to Florida for his $3.4 million golf weekends on Fridays, he traveled a day early this week to attend a closed-door dinner at his Doral golf resort for the Saudi LIV tour, one of his business partners that holds events at his courses.
This trip, though, will cost taxpayers at least $4.2 million because of the detour to Miami International Airport, which is located just two miles east of Trump’s Doral resort. Trump nevertheless took a Marine helicopter to fly to the golf course and back rather than ride in his motorcade.

........is not normal.

Neither is this.

What this disastrous week taught us about the Trump presidency

The true nature of America’s crisis has been revealed.

First, Trump has empowered Laura Loomer, a 9/11 conspiracy theorist and self-described “proud Islamophobe,” to purge top government officials. The head of the National Security Agency, his top deputy, and six staffers on the National Security Council have all been fired this week — seemingly at Loomer’s behest.

"Thank you President Trump for being receptive to the vetting materials provided to you," Loomer wrote in a social media post. "And thank you for firing these Biden holdovers."

"NSA Director Tim Haugh and his deputy Wendy Noble have been disloyal to President Trump," she added. "That is why they have been fired."

Loomer, who has spread false conspiracy theories that the 9/11 attacks were an “inside job,” did not cite specific examples of when they had been disloyal to Trump. She said they could not be trusted because they were Biden appointees.

Haugh and Noble are career officials who have spent decades working under Republican and Democratic administrations. Haugh has spent more than 30 years in the Air Force, primarily in intelligence and cyber positions. Nobles joined the NSA in 1987 and has worked her way up in the agency since then.

Why is a deranged conspiracy theorist even let in the front door of the White House and how does she get the ear of the prez on national security matters?

Consider, if you will, these startling events took place over the course of just a few days. They are not an anomaly because abnormality has become the rule during trump 2.0, not the exception. In ways that are disorienting, difficult to grasp in their magnitude, and illustrative of the enormous threat the regime poses to the stability of the country.

Remember how Shrub used to say he governed according to his gut? Why are Repubs so adverse to an empirical, academic approach to governance?

I don't call people vegetables. That kind of behavior is for folks like you.

But here you go. I have no need to lie, like you. So I won't expect an admission.

You're welcome.
So, just as I said, you never once questioned Biden's mental facalties.

Government gives grants to students who pursue dubious careers. They can award grants to startups as well. Also,
there are many small manufacturing plants that would supply parts for the auto industry if they could afford the machinery needed. The government could help with that.

Your chart does not reflect the recent parabolic drop by the Dow to 38,300. Got anything else?
Did you whine and cry in 2022 when it dropped from over 35000 to under 28,000?

With libs tooth gnashing and screeching like howler monkeys, it was the correct thing to do.

You really need to stay off the leftist kook sites.

If it wasn't for lies, you'd have nothing to say.

Most macistas find great joy in demeaning others and watching govt stick it to the man. They worship the govt. Its their god.

Right on cue.

No intelligent rebuttal. No informed analysis.

They just operate as programmed.

A bipartisan bill to give Congress a vote on new tariffs is gaining notable GOP backing.

Sens. Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska and Jerry Moran of Kansas signed on as cosponsors of the bill, introduced Thursday by Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Maria Cantwell (D-Wash.).

Sen. Thom Tillis (R-N.C.) will also cosponsor the measure, according to a press release Friday from the office of Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.), who is on board as well. Tillis told reporters Thursday he would be “inclined” to support it and “there’s something to be said for having congressional review.”

The legislation would limit the president’s power to impose tariffs, following the Trump administration’s move to unilaterally slap tariffs on countries across the globe. It would require the president to notify Congress within 48 hours of such an imposition and for Congress to explicitly approve any new tariffs within 60 days. The bill also would allow Congress to end any tariff at any time.

A bill like this isn't being brought up because Dotard is a stable genius. It's being brought up because he's an ignorant, reckless, fool.
The people trying to stop him are the problem. Multi millionares that screwed us over to get it.
