The people who immigrate from Latin America aren’t the cream of their societies. They are usually ill educated people. Many illegal immigrants are criminals in their home countries which are far more violent than the USA is. Immigrants being criminals is nothing new, in the twenties and thirties organized criminals were often Eastern European Jews, Irish or Italians. The difference between then and now Is that the immigrants then were legal and we knew who they were so they could be easily deported, today many, if not most, of the alien criminals are here illegally and finding and deporting them is much harder.
