What are some of your favorite chocolate bars?

Sacrilege! Hershey's Milk Chocolate is one of the greatest chocolates invented in this country, the city of Hershey, almost like a holy place, that I encourage all who have not visited, to make the pilgrimage at least once, and breath deep the aroma that wafts across this great American city that chocolate built.:D
Have you never tried other chocolates?

Even Cadbury's is better.

I took a tour of a chocolate farm in Kauai a little over a year ago. I was surprised to learn that most production chocolate bars, Hershey, Nestle, etc, are only about 15% cacao. Some specialty bars run 85% and up. I guess the geographic location where it is grown has a lot to do with the flavor as well.

I like many chocolate, in this country and in Europe. On rare occasion, I make a helluva fudge, myself, naturally based on the recipe on the back of the Hershey's Cocoa can.

I used to love Reggie bars while they were around. Babe Ruth and Mr. Goodbar, too. Now with only 6 teeth left I don't do so well with those nutty ones. 😏 Kit Kat is always welcome.

I liked Peppermint Patties when I was young but I don't care too much for them anymore. Not sure why.

I don't generally care for anything mint. In fact, I quite dislike mint.

But I do like York peppermint patties.

I go into a store that often tries sophisticated stuff, but then it never sells. They will close it out up to 75% off. I usually wait around and get it. Some of the best chocolate I find.
