The Dems have (understandably) never known how to deal with them. The press has (understandably) never known how to deal with him. Hell, even many Republicans haven't, either.

He breaks/ignores/doesn't understand the basic rules of being an adult. A professional. A thoughtful, intelligent person. He doesn't understand respect or self control or decency or dignity. He has to be told NO, and the only people who can do that are people in his own party.
