Don't listen to the lefties. The only place gun violence is a problem are the places where they've made it illegal to own or carry.
"In 1993 there were seven homicides by firearm for every 100,000 Americans, according to a Pew Research Center analysis of data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. By 2013, that figure had fallen by nearly half, to 3.6 — a total of 11,208 firearm homicides. The number of victims of crimes involving guns that did not result in death (such as robberies) declined even more precipitously, from 725 per 100,000 people in 1993 to 175 in 2013."

The reasons are pretty funny...it's because there are more cops, less booze, and less...lead?

Hmmmm...no mention of the increase of private gun ownership as a potential "cause".

We’ve had a massive decline in gun violence in the United States. Here’s why.

Bullshit . Most gun violence is on the streets/ public area . Which are not gun free zones .

Most gun violence is in the streets/public areas of gun free zones in this country. DC, Chicago, LA...

They are not gun free zones . You can get license to carry .

They don't get that gun free zones do not prohibit having armed guards or other authorized armed security people.

Planned parenthoods have armed guards. Is that a gun free zone ?

Look at gun homicide numbers . Red states lead the way .

Chicago Shootings Reach 2,349 This Year — Someone Shot Every 2.8 Hours

"Chicago ranks as one of the most regulated cities in the nation for gun control. Concealed carry is almost nonexistent. To purchase a gun or ammunition requires a Firearm Owners Identification card in the entire state of Illinois, and additionally, a Chicago Firearm Permit – which is required to possess a firearm in Chicago.

"Not only are the people heavily regulated in Chicago, but guns are also heavily regulated. Any long gun with a grip protruding from the stock or a firearm with a telescoping stock is prohibited and classified as an “assault weapon.”

While certainly property owners have the right to bar firearms from their property, such rules serve no useful purpose other than to those with nefarious intent.

This just in:

No gun deaths were reported on the International Space Station for the 17th consecutive year (it was launched 17 years ago).

Seeing as how there are no guns in space...there have been no gun deaths.

Very similar to Australia and Europe.

Meanwhile, on earth, countries that have as it's constitutional framework a provision that allows you, them (or their Islamic sponsors) to buy as many guns as their Arabaian er.... I mean American Express cards can afford have thousands of gun deaths.

One would wonder who would defend such a bizarre piece of it's framework. Well, one would needn't look any further than the Republican Party of America.

Gun control as a political issue in the United States is dead.

The funny part is that it's by your own hand.

Have Hillary run on repealing the Second Amendment.

See if her numbers go up or down

Yeah and ? Now look up the states wh the highest per capita gun homicides .

Homicide data for 2013 don’t give us a clear picture of homicides only by firearm; however, 70 percent of homicides for the year were by firearm. The 10 states with the highest homicide rateswere: Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, Maryland, Oklahoma, South Carolina, New Mexico, Missouri and Michigan. That lists includes six states that also have the highest firearm death rates.

The 10 states with the lowest homicide rates are: North Dakota, Vermont, Wyoming, New Hampshire, Utah, Idaho, Iowa, Maine, Massachusetts and Oregon.
