Well, that didn't take long. The pushback has begun.

LOL...a berg thread where berg does all the posts.
trumples typically stay away from threads when they can't defend Dear Leader.

Berg please tell us which of these you support:

Tourism in Egypt
LBGT support in Guatemala
Sesame Street in Iraq

I'm getting to the point that if YOU support these, let's pin you with a 50% tax rate to do it.
On Feb. 10, the court granted the states’ motion to enforce the temporary restraining order after finding the Trump administration had not fully halted the funding freeze in violation of the court’s previous order. The Trump administration appealed that order, as well as the initial temporary restraining order, the same day.

STATUS: On Feb. 11, 2025, the 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals denied the government’s request for a stay pending appeal. The funding freeze remains blocked by the courts.

Judge blocks Trump admin from firing CFPB employees

A federal judge on Friday blocked the Trump administration from firing employees at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) amid a larger push to effectively dismantle the agency.

The Trump administration is barred from firing CFPB employees without cause or issuing any reduction-in-force notice, as part of an agreement reached between the Department of Justice and the National Treasury Employees Union, which is suing alongside other groups over the changes to the agency.

What is the Repub reaction in the House to judges enforcing the law?

House Republicans plot impeachment against judges blocking Trump, DOGE

BS. Total and utter BS.. All that bond money he was supposed to come up with, they let him slide on most of it.
If they wanted him in prison, they could've done it before, during or after the primaries. But they let him slide on that too.

They let him slide? Lol.. They didn't have the balls to follow though on the scam you mean?
Once you incarcerate somebody you assume an entirely new tier of legal liability for your decision. Given the fact of all the cases he's facing are heading in the same direction.... Oblivion.... Last thing they needed was to be sued for false imprisonment.

More BS. They had the balls to take all that crap to trial. So obviously they had the balls to send him to prison. But this wasn't about bravery or a lack of. It was about the charade they were pulling the entire time.

BTW, I support this whole doge thing now. But I'm not holding my breath for it show any real fiscal conservative results. We'll know next month when the next CR comes up.
If Trump starts with his "abolish the debt ceiling BS," we'll know for a fact that DOGE was just a ruse.

Federal Judge Banishes Musk’s DOGE Aides From Treasury Dept. Systems

A Manhattan federal judge on Friday banned Elon Musk’s cost-cutting team from regaining access to the U.S. Treasury Department’s most sensitive payment and data systems until the conclusion of a lawsuit that claims the group’s access is unlawful.

The judge overseeing the case, Jeannette A. Vargas, ruled that members of the so-called Department of Government Efficiency, or DOGE, cannot be given access to sensitive payment systems. She said she would continue the restrictions of a temporary restraining order already in place.

Friday night’s order, the judge wrote, “bars the Treasury Department from granting access to any member of the DOGE team within the Treasury Department to any payment record, payment systems, or any other data systems maintained by the Treasury Department containing personally identifiable information and/or confidential financial information of payees.”

Frankly, I've lost track of the many ways the courts have blocked trump's assault on our laws, rules, and regulations.

Supreme Court delays Trump’s effort to fire federal ethics watchdog

The Supreme Court is allowing a federal ethics watchdog to remain in his job for at least a few more days, despite President Donald Trump’s attempt to fire him immediately.

The dispute is the first showdown over executive power to reach the high court in Trump’s second term. That showdown may soon clarify Trump’s authority to summarily remove executive branch officials. But the first round of the fight ended with a fizzle Friday evening as the justices deferred ruling on it for now.

Ultimately, I have no faith the conservative majority will follow precedent or the law.
