According to some sources the Haitians are blocking roads with corpses.
If they are, then they're idiots and they probably will die.

If you aren't there, don't play judge. You have no idea why they might be blocking the roads. In some cases, other areas were bringing in corpses and dumping them in other peoples' towns.

Their infrastructure has been destroyed for decades by many of the large multinationals who destroyed their sugar cane and coffee industry. Haiti was once the largest exporter of sugar in the region. Now they have to import it.

They just didn't happen to get in this mess all on their own. Some of the big companies wanted them to be an industrial nation and basically have destroyed their agrarian roots so they moved to the towns as cheap labor. Capitalism and greed at its worst.
