We gave them those rights and privileges during the 1960's. They are discriminated in favor of with affirmative action programs. We can see how most of them behave. Apologists for Negroes talk as though the Brown vs Board Supreme Court decision of 1954 has not been made, the civil rights legislation of the 1960's was not passed, and the War on Poverty was not declared.

I lived in downtown San Jose during the early 1980's when thousands of impoverished Vietnamese war refugees moved to the area. I would often get off work at 10:00 pm and walk two miles through what was becoming "New Saigon" to get to my apartment. I was perfectly safe.
