Keep in mind, not only Scar Face but Martha Stewart was indicted and served time in Prison for tax crimes. NY does not take tax cheating a minor misdemeanor.

Forensic auditors find out who will take the hit. Prosecutors put them on the witness stand, and they will tell the truth, or lie.
