" Compulsive Liar Or Literacy Challenged "

* Perhaps The Left Wing Has A Different Perception of Exempt *

Geesus, your own reference explains it. You can’t read, tell me that’s the reason for your lack if coherence
At the beginning of the 111th Congress, PAYGO was modified by including an "emergency" exemption. This designation was provided for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (H.R. 1), which increased the deficit and increased the public debt limit to $12.104 trillion.[16] Both direct spending in the bill and tax cuts, as passed by the Democratic-controlled Congress and signed by President Barack H. Obama, were exempted from the PAYGO rule under section 5(b) of the Act. The establishment of the House PAYGO Rule, and a similar Rule in the Senate, did not prevent the deficit from growing to $1.42 trillion for fiscal year 2009.[17]

Over 150 additional programs, funds, and activities are listed under section 11 as exempt from the law including outlays to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, the FDIC, Health Care Trust Funds, the Postal Service Fund, low-rent public housing loans and expenses, and the Special Inspector General for the TARP program.

Who are productive people ?
See, this is typical white liberal think...you're the one asking the question then pretending it is me asking, I dare you to show the board where I asked you that...I can show where you did if you like

Who are productive people ?
Folks who do not need to ask that question.
You don’t have an answer ? I have no idea what your side means by productive people. Why don’t “folks” need to ask the question ? Is it a fucking secrete ? Is it code ? Explain the code then. Who are productive people ? Does your limited vocabulary prevent you from answering?

I have no idea what your side means by productive people.
That's what you are being accused of, not knowing! productive people know who they are... and I see you realize you were caught lying and now are pretending there is an issue of sides here...lets just keep this between you and me so I can enjoy it

NY 26th FINALLY DEM!
Medicare was never meant to cover the whole population. Moreover, at the time it was instituted, the elderly didn't live a long as they do now. Medicare was meant to be supported by a younger working population but, that no longer applies today like it did decades ago. In fact, Medicare today is losing solvency. So, how is Medicare supposed to give 'free' health care to the total population of the U.S. if it can't stay solvent just serving a small fraction?
Look it up on Bernie Sanders site. It's all been explained. And totally fear mongerd like a tidal wave.

whose with me?
I got one better. Get a job and pay for your own health care. It has always worked for me. But I'll be damn if I will pay for yours. I know being a democrat just way to stupid to be made to work especially with that limp dick disability. Get a clue even if you have to buy one.

Just look it up a bernies. Free this, free that. Tell me socialist have you ever supported yourself let alone a family? The way you carry on is just plane pathetic. IT MAKE ME PUKE READING SOME LAZY LOSER THINKING THE WORLD OWES HIM A LIVING. If you can't buy health care and your mental state being what it is I would die and stop burdening the world.

" Negotiate Requisite Agreements Where Are Means Of Extremes "

* Regressive Not Progressive Reimbursement Scale For Income *

" Better Agreements Are Required To Lower Health Care Costs "
* Outrageous Claims And Spurious Compensation Fee Schedules *

The only thing admitted was that price controls for procedures lower the apparent costs because of the whimsical manner in which medical providers and insurance companies come to agreements .
The federal government should not take in premiums and make investments to offset losses , as such state capitalism by a bureaucratic collective is inherently corrupt .
The aca sought to offload federal government agencies and costs to manage health care claims for the uninsured to private insurance companies while also seeking to control consumer costs through policy agreements as would private corporations for their own employees .
The aca expected individuals to be responsible for paying their own premiums , with compensation on a regressive scale for those between 100% and 400% of the poverty line .
Communism may lower costs but it has adverse effects on free market indicators , on availability and quality of services , as well as on innovation .
The " affordable care act " sought to enact government to negotiate insurance policy agreements with private health care providers with an expectation that its citizens would be accountable for the premiums while the government would remit some proportion of the premiums that is based upon total income and caveats .

Of contention or an interest is to evaluate whether " affordable " versus " obligatory " are in balance .

To be eligible for the premium tax credit, your household income must be at least 100 – but no more than 400 – percent of the federal poverty line for your family size, although there are two exceptions for individuals with household income below 100 percent of the applicable federal poverty line. Remember that simply meeting the income requirements does not mean you’re eligible for the premium tax credit. You must also meet the other eligibility criteria.

The subsidies for an PPACA plan purchased on an exchange stop at 400% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). According to the Kaiser Foundation, this results in a sharp "discontinuity of treatment" at 400% FPL, which is sometimes called the "subsidy cliff".[56] After-subsidy premiums for the second lowest cost silver plan (SCLSP) just below the cliff are 9.86% of income in 2019.[57]

Subsidies are provided as an advanceable, refundable tax credit.[58][59]

The amount of subsidy is sufficient to reduce the premium for the second lowest cost silver plan (SCLSP) on an exchange cost a sliding-scale percentage of income. The percentage is based on the percent of Federal Poverty Level (FPL) for the household, and varies slightly from year to year. In 2019, it ranged from 2.08% of income (100%-133% FPL) to 9.86% of income (300%-400% FPL).[55] The subsidy can be used towards any plan available on the exchange, but not catastrophic plans. The subsidy may not exceed the premium for the purchased plan.
