I was born and raised in Brooklyn so I was a Democrat...I didn't know what that meant other than I lived in Brooklyn.
After Carter, whom I cheered on, I became a Republican.
During GW's 2nd term, I found out what the scumbag was doing to expand the population of Trespassers, Business Visas and encouraging Off-Shoring, I became an Independent and only judge politicians by what they vote for.
I also started hating, in retrospect, Ronald Reagan for garnering every US senator to replace every professional minority with Japanese and Chinese Business Visas.

I guess you can say I stopped feeling sorry for countries that were 1,000 years old and were still being given handouts, courtesy of US tax payers, and I started wanting US citizens to have gainful employment.

I don’t have to watch stuff like that, but there’s other content on Netflix that I don’t want to be deprived of just because I disagree with messages of some political documentaries they have as part of their catalog.

Better to focus within our own party. Identify the elements who couldn't be trusted; the RINOs, Never-Trumpers, Democrat-sympathetic Republicans, etc. Those are ultimately the enemy within the party. Like Alinsly's Rules for Radicals rule #13: "Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it."

President Trump endured four years of ruthless attacks from the left and their media, but there were also certain elements within the GOP who were less than helpful. I predict that should he lose the final count, the GOP will have some serious soul-searching to do. Once the full impact of Donald Trump's term sink in, we may well see a far more conservative and right-wing presidential candidate in the future. Especially if Biden gets the final vote, and the next four years go the way I think they will.

We'll see.

I accepted my party lost, third parties don’t win. I am willing to bet the GOP is going to go after the Dems like the Dems went after the GOP and it won’t be pretty. Biden will have trouble confirming judges and no green new deal will see the light of day and if a red wave hits in 2022, Biden will be investigated and probably impeached, just as the Dems impeached Trump. This is at an all time high and unless a real leader shows up, there will be no end.

I was a bench tech for 15 years, and got my share of chasing electrons through a circuit. We used to call tubes "Watt-sucking power bottles."

I worked on a bunch of guitar amplifiers when I was a tech. The Fender Twin Reverb has a B+ voltage of 431VDC, Ya didn't want to let that get ahold of you.

Worst I ever got shocked though, was off a live heat sink that had a power transistor that was in the horizontal deflection circuit, on an old CGA monitor: 16KHz at 140V and it made my arm a little numb for awhile.

I don’t do Twitter, Facebook or other social media. I also don’t use Netflix, Hulu, Amazon. I do have an IPhone but I don’t care for all the entertainment media. It’s more about reducing drama and freeing up time to find the pleasures in life and not become a zombie lemming.
