2. That the defendant did so with intent to defraud that included an intent to commit another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof.
Name the second crime is the ask. I read the link you provided and no second crime is mentioned. Nor is the falsifying records more than a misdemeanor and the statute of limitations ran out. Know that is all fact. Feel free to show us the second crime that would transition the misdemeanor to felony. They lied to you!!!!
