Any true believer in AGW has to also accept the fact that Nuclear power is needed to create a stable grid that includes large portions of renewables if you want to ditch fossil fuels for power generation.

People on both sides of the global warming argument oppose nuclear power. I support nuclear power though it does have serious dangers that need to be very responsibly addressed. However, it IS possible to create an effective and reliable non-fossil fuel grid without it. Just a little trickier and possibly more expensive.
