I agree that the concentration of power into two groups and the commitment to getting and maintaining power within those two groups has erased any real desire for good government within those two groups.

Einstein was talking about physics problems. Ironically the same dumb asses who throw up their hands because ...sob...sob the current administration only controls 2/3 of the federal government are the same people who ridicule the Tea Party for trying to make the republican party better. There is no appeal to the center.

I am of the belief that there are disenfranchised members of both political parties that would welcome a new approach.

Maybe a pragmatic outlook that does away with absolutism and idealistic but impossible outcomes that sacrifice good solutions for those deemed perfect by either extreme.

Here's an idea: First define the problem(s). Next, think of all solutions, no matter how odd. Then discuss the merits of each and refine the list. Trying to solve the myriad of problems we face by fitting only those solutions into an established dogmatic ideology is ridiculous.
