• Charge a high fee to provide security
• Arrest anyone with a weapon - zero tolerance
• Arrest anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Use metal detectors, and have dogs sniff out contraband
• Photograph everyone who enters the secure perimiter
• Make an effort to avoid security a Felony.
