Specifically, My plate -- what used to be the food pyramid -- is agriculture-driven, not health-driven. The science that exists today shows that the wrongful concept of low fat, low saturated fat, and cholesterol causes heart disease, it is flat-out not true if not an outright deliberate distortion of reality. The current dietary recommendations are based on Ancel Keys's associated study in which he threw out all key data points and chose only those that supported his nonsense about saturated fats and animal-based nutrition.

Then there is the overwhelming statistical proof that since the inception of the food pyramid, Americans' obesity rates and metabolic syndrome, along with the rise of diabetes and Alzheimers, have increased.

Is there anyone in the world who has been using the “food pyramid” for their diets since in the 1960’s. I don’t think I’ve even seen a food pyramid since I left high school.

North Americans don’t cook. On average we cook 10 meals a week But we eat 21. We are eating half of our meals outside of home, and mostly were eating fast food.

Fast foods are high in fat and sugars in order to satisfy your cravings, but they are low and nutrition, and very high in calories.

When we do cook, people are losing a lot of preprepared foods, because making lasagna takes all day, but buying a premade lasagna and baking it in your oven takes an hour.

I went through a period of time where I didn’t have a stove for a month Everything I made had to be microwaved, so I bought a bunch of pre-prepared foods frozen meals.

The portion sizes were much smaller than the amount I usually eat so I expected to lose weight. Imagine my surprise that I gained 5 pounds that month. From eating less!

North American obesity is tied entirely to the foods that we are no longer cooking and eating meals at home. Fat fast food, meals are full of nitrates and sugars all sorts of things to make us feel good about eating them, but they are not nutritionally sound.

Everyone in my family has received a prescription for a statin as of today. That industry has made trillions. On nonsense that isn't true at all. Cholesterol is good. Lipitor's initial study was falsified ahead of their rollout. The initial studies were removed or deleted, but it was not part of the report that went out. Good doctors have exposed it thanks to social media.

Something to the tune of, "they raise them that way." IN reference to the age old antagonism between old money and new.

It almost seemed hateful to attack RFKjr. for just playing politics, when, let's be honest, it's part of their family culture.
