Friends of mine who have worked in Kuwait have told me that likely the air defense people who caused this friendly fire incident....are dead, assets seized, their family's assets seized....really bad stuff happened to them.

Kuwaiti people are VERY much on the American military's side of things. The pilots were at first thought to be Iranian IRGC....when the truth was discovered....they began immediately to provide medical help and assistance. They immediately took them to the hospital and were trying to contact the Americans to tell them that they had a pilot.
