Typical, the left has to make things up to be against,
I knew it had to be pretty egregious for The Post to fire a Black Female.

The reckoning on the Left has been something to behold. Troves of people, not all public officials, have been getting exposed for their ghoulish celebrations over the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

Some have been put on administrative leave, and others have been fired from their jobs.

Kids, it’s free speech, yes.
No one had a black bag placed over their heads and dragged out by the secret police overnight, but most, if not all, were at-will employees.
And no employer wants workers who are pro-domestic terrorism. And when you lie about something in the media, you are for sure going to get your ass handed to you in a handbag.

Kamala Harris lacked brain power

Seems to me the thread title is doing the exact same thing.

Nowhere do I see what alleged quote this writer made up and published in the Post. There is likely another reason they were dismissed, assuming this is even true.

Karen Attiah, who was just fired from the WaPo for making up a Charlie Kirk quote, lobbied to get an editor fired for publishing an op-ed from Tom Cotton.

So no, I'm not interested in hearing free speech absolutist arguments from these people now that it's convenient.

That's weird

More like a misquote than making up a quote. In reality the propaganda that editor misquoted was more nuanced and in some ways more insidious than the misquote.

It’s not true.

The quote is accurate

She was fired for being critical of Saint Charlie

Trump is intimidating corporate media and it having a chilling effect … on free speech and democracy

While I personally agree with what Karen wrote -

Charlie didn't

The left has to constantly make up men of straw to have things to attack
Very, very, telling.

He he was criticizing affirmative action in general and these four black women in particular

The “quote “ used the word “black women” when he actually used the royal “you” describing black women in general.

But thanks for providing the clip showing what a disgusting racist Kirk was

The quote is not accurate. To just print that one selective line misinterprets what Charlie was really saying.

You need to watch the video to get the full context of Charlie's assertion.
Charlie was railing against affirmative action, giving slots to the less qualified instead of the more deserving.

Pepperidge Farms remembers!

He was not racist. He wanted a color-blind society with fairness instead of race based "affirmative action".

Even though there is scant evidence that anyone is less qualified. Kirk like so many others want to go back to a time where minorities could be passed over and no one ever questioned it.
