um, the quote isn't correct....as your link shows us the actual quote which is:

Yeah, we know. You do not have the brain processing power to otherwise be taken really seriously. You had to go steal a white person's slot to go be taken somewhat seriously.

Nowhere did he say all black women. He mentioned specific women...and of course he was correct, those specific women are dumb.

I can't speak to that as kirk is dead but given the track record of corruption and outright stupidity of the DEI hires to date he might have been on to something if that was the case.

One standard deviation below in IQ within certain minorities means something when it comes to spending my tax money.

It's also not lost upon me that not all minorities are created equal in the leftist mind....That's why the left tried to hold back Asian students and not bestow upon them the recognition they earned.

The quotes weren't entirely made up. Her misquotes did capture his intentions, imo.
