They said this a nation of white systemic racism, which means that when everything is equal - or even if not - they will favor blacks over whites. I don’t shop at stores where I am viewed as less worthy or deserving because of my skin color.

I've seen it at my job. I'd go to a place for a pickup and the black guy is moving so slow it's amazing he gets anything done. I ask his coworkers why he still has a job, and they tell me the employer is afraid to fire them.

On the flip side of that coin is before I retired, I seen companies replace their nearly all white crew with blacks. While in general blacks don't work as good as whites, they will work for less money. Where they live the cost of living is lower so they can afford to make less and still survive. In short the blacks are undercutting whites in pay, and that brings down wages.

I don't know what it's like now with this labor shortage.

I saw it when I moved. The black “helper” was as slow as molasses, and the entire project probably would have been faster without him. Whites are better workers than blacks, but blacks will work cheaper. Hispanic workers are harder workers than whites, and they'll work even cheaper than blacks. That's why this inflow of immigrants is the greatest threat to blacks, they just don't know it yet.
