The point about the states not counting is about fake TRUMP electors which Trump wanted Pence to acknowledge as real electors in order to justify the legal process when electors are objected to.

Pence was supposed to determine on Jan6 that two sets of electors made the Biden electors invalid from the seven Biden States. Therefore no way Biden gets the winning total and so he loses. Pence would be single handedly, based on the TRUMP operation of fake electors fraud, fucking over every single black brown and white voter that voted for Biden. It had nothing to do with evidence of voting Period election fraud. It was about Trump’s fake electors. Pence wisely wouid not participate in Trump’s deplorable unAmericsn, anti/democracy, voter hating, Pro/Putin scheme.
