Waffles, and all the others are great too. I used to love grits. It is a very southern side dish to eggs. These days I forego all of them......they just add to my hips...

Hash Browns.

At the local Costco, they're sellin' Instant Hash browns in what appear to be pint-milk containers....open the box, pour in hot water, let stand 10 minutes, then eat (or fry in a cast iron pan over a camp-fire......my preferred method)

Why isn't French Toast in the poll?

Nothing beats French Toast. Especially if you put cinnamon & vanilla in the beaten eggs. And put blueberries & maple syrup on top, YUM!
