He stole some one liners from Obama, has shifted his position on many things to the point of absurdity, came across to me as arrogant and naive and got millions from Soros.

Biden is smart enough to know that VP's can't overturn elections......so that alone makes him better than Vivek

And Biden is smart enough to know how stupid it is to want to raise the voting age to 25 -- but since Republican policies suck, they always have to fantasize about being able to shrink the voter participation

Constitutional scholars argue that a Vice President is well within his right to reject certification of an election result. That's actually been previously done before.
