Vivacious Jesse Ventura says he's "testing the waters" for green party bid for president

Ventura should hire me to write jokes for the campaign.

i'll produce just one for now:

Trump's hair looks like Neil Patrick Harris stranded on a desert island!
Of all the posters here you are the creepiest. You are the guy wearing a raincoat standing just into the alley. The woman sitting in a library chair with insects crawling out of her clothes. Not bad just creepy.
the truth hurts!

Well shit, why not.

We should start the debates like a WWE match at this point with lights and smokeshows and big entrances. Ventura can come in dressed in camo toting a 50mm, Trump can come in accompanied by Melania and Ivanka in furs and heels, carrying little yappy dogs in Gucci bags and Biden can slam his walker over someone's head and scream "This is a big ficking deal"

PPV it....

congratulations President Trump on a 2nd term!

Sounds good

Ventura will draw votes from Trump

The only candidate that can draw votes away from Trump is one that is more conservative, particularly on Fiscal issues. The Democrats would need to get a Ross Perot running as an Independent like they had in 1992.

Jesse Ventura is as batshit crazy as Trump and spouts the same conspiracy theories. He will draw votes from the same antigovernment base

Name some conspiracy theories. My favorite is, “they’ll put y’all back in chains.”

Allegory is not conspiracy

The irony is that Lyndon Johnson’s 200 Year Plan says otherwise.

Jesse always talks about running, never does. Can’t imagine him wanting to take over the mess we have now.

Yeah, cuz greens TOTALLY vote for Trump... :eusa_whistle:

He isn't a Green Party guy, that's the point, certainly his point and his weak backers objective. I think he would draw some from Trump, not a huge amount but every vote counts and he would certainly draw more from Trumps team than Stein would. Also, some traditional Green party voters might pass on voting for him and possibly choose Biden.

Trump can always bring up his issue with the since deceased American Sniper hero to ensure anyone considering voting for him from the GOP side, give their heads a shake and not fall for it.

He'll draw the Bernie Bros, and that's what he's counting on. Without him, will they vote for Quid Pro Rapist? :dunno:

Because liberals love guns LOL. Dumbass

Despite your lies, Ventura was NEVER a Republican. He called himself Libertarian, but always ran far left of center.

{
Later, he came to support a unicameral (one-house) legislature, property tax reform, gay rights, and abortion rights. While funding public school education generously, he opposed the teachers' union, and did not have a high regard for the public funding of higher education institutions. Additionally, Ventura supported the use of medicinal marijuana.[57]

In an interview on The Howard Stern Show, he reaffirmed his support of gay rights, including in marriage and military service, humorously stating he would have gladly served alongside homosexuals when he was in the Navy as they would have provided less competition for women.[58] (Later, on the subject of a 2012 referendum on amending the Minnesota constitution to limit marriage to male-female couples, Ventura elaborated "I certainly hope that people don't amend our constitution to stop gay marriage because, number one, the constitution is there to protect people – not oppress them", and went on to relate a story from his pro wrestling days of a friend who was denied hospital visitation to his same-sex partner.[59])

During the first part of his administration, Ventura strongly advocated for land-use reform and substantial mass transit improvements, such as light rail.[60]

It's okay, everyone on the board knows you're a fucking liar, so that you were lying here is consistent.

You may well have a point there. A number of years ago,the WWE had a debate between Bobby Heenan and Ken Patera. Gene Okurland was the moderator, and Vince McMahon as well as Jesse Ventura were on the microphones reporting.

Maybe this is the event that got The Body interested in politics in the first place?
