....views on pardoning the J6 attackers ?....

I don't wish to appear presumptious but.........but some jurisdiction with gravitas has gotta show it was stolen. How has that been workin' out for you, Lenny? How's it worked out for those jackass Oathkeepers and Proudboys who are in prison today?
Actually, you don’t need to prove the election was stolen in order to pardon the Jan 6 protestors. Many of them are guilty of no more than trespassing, and in some cases, we’re actually invited in.

Even the violent ones have served four years, and should be released.

  • They're all going home right after the medal ceremonies
  • who is Byrd?
The one that suggested you were uneducated and uninformed about the events of J6?
Well, amigo, you make MAGA look bad. You make any J6 apologist look bad.
And you too, poster Frank, are yet another J6 apologist who doesn't know who Officer Byrd is?
I really meant it Frank, posters like Redfish make all of you apologist look, well, ummm, kinda like Slow Leaks.

But please, I don't mean that pejoratively or personally. I use it only because it seems applicable to the kind of folks who don't know who Officer Byrd is and yet presume to opine on the events of the January 6th insurrection.

Good luck, though. ;)

We all heard or watched Don Trump promise he would pardon all of the people arrested/jailed for their participation in the violent attempt to stop the transfer of power back in 2021. In fact he called them all "Patriots".

I believe somewhere near 1,500 have been convicted. How many of them went to jail, how many are still in jail....... I dunno at this time. Surely the big sentences for the Oathkeepers, Three Percenters, and Proud Boy contingent must still be in place? Hell, just three days ago one attacker was sentenced to eight years in prison (it was the bloke who smashed down the window so Ashli Babbitt could leap toward the police)

So, my questions: Will Trump pardon, exonerate, release ALL of those now behind bars?
Will he pardon all of those who were convicted but have already served their time and been released? Can he erase their felonies?

Are there some who should remain jailed and complete their sentences?

Should Don Trump pardon all of them?

Most especially those where there is ample verifiable video of violent criminal behavior?

In short, should any of them be pardoned? And why?
All of them should be pardoned

Why?
Savagely striking a uniformed officer with a metal pole who was only protecting our democracy and our elected representative's is good for only 4yrs?
Why?

"In some cases"??
How many?
Who?
Name names?
And what were their sentences?

Show us the quality of your due diligence, good poster Lisa.
Please try to avoid the category of Slow Leak that so many other January 6th apologists qualify for.

Thanks in advance.

Because we have people who commit violent assaults multiple times and barely serve ANY time in jail. Just look at the thugs assaulting elderly Jews and weaker women in NY - they often have a dozen arrests for assault on their rap sheet, and are still around walkimg the streets.

We shouldn’t have one standard of justice for liberals who assault Jews - like on college campuses - and another for conservatives.

Unless there is actual proof, not just an accusation, of damage or assault, pardon them all.
Moving furniture, farting on, or putting your feet on a desk does not constitute damage.

Some of them are guilty of criminal trespassing and destruction of federal property.
You just can't do that stuff...
I don't care what your reasons are.

Most likely a team will be assembled that will review each case individually. Many of the J sixers were prosecuted for simply being present that day which is utterly ridiculous.

I would think well over a thousand of them will be pardoned.

She didn't have to die. She could've stayed home that day.
that's not the point, she was in a public place, unarmed and doing nothing illegal, then she was murdered by a capital cop, who was not charged with any crime. The DC DA has her blood on his/her hands.

Where the FUCK ARE YOUR 20 MILLION PHANTOM BIDEN VOTERS FROM 2020????????????????????????????????????
:dev3:

If they attacked or struck a police officer, no pardon.
there is no evidence of anyone doing that. I want to know why the capital cops escorted the people into the building and made no attempts to stop any of them. Also want to know why Pelosi rejected troops offered by Trump.

All cases should be reviewed. I would be against a blanket pardon.
