....views on pardoning the J6 attackers ?....

No issue with that, I simply said i understand why she assaulted that sicko cheering the homicide of her daughter.
It was a J6 anniversary march. Ashli wasn't being singled out. ie: it wasn't a Babbitt march to begin with.

If someone is protesting the homicide of their daughter, what’s the counter protest???

What about the violent? They did minimal damage, and they’ve already been in prison for years. They’ve served their time as far as I’m concerned.

Your assertion lacks substance without details. Who are the violent you speak of? What did they do? Were they tried by jury or just the bench? What was the result.

Fake convictions and imprisonment without trial or a hearing is unconstitutional,
Is that an issue wth the convictions of the J6 attackers?
If you think it is.....well then, explain yourself.
Who were the 'fake' convicted?
Name names and sentences and the evidence presented.

Explain yourself Redfish.

That entire case was rushed, and people targeted simply for pollitical reasons
Can you prove such?
Now would be a good time to do so.
So, batter up, poster Struth.
Please explain to the forum your allegation. Name names. Name offenses. Name convictions and sentencing.
It your responsibility to do so in adult discourse.
And now would be an appropriate opportunity to do.

You asserted it., poster Oddball. You explain it.
That's the way responsible adult discourse works.

Ms Babbitt didn't "leap" anywhere. She was being pushed through that hole in the door by the capitol police who were behind her!
She was being "pushed by Capitol police?"
First I had heard that.

Can the good poster PDave explain that allegation?
Can the poster offer us credible analysis by informed sources in a position to know?
If poste Dave can.....well, now would be a good time to do
so.

many of the jan 6 protesters are still in jail with no court dates, no indictments, and no access to lawyers. That, my little friend, is unconstitutional. Trump should pardon them and prosecute the judges and DAs that locked them up.

It was a J6 anniversary march. Ashli wasn't being singled out. ie: it wasn't a Babbitt march to begin with.
not singled out, but murdered by a capital cop, she was unarmed and not threatening anyone or anything.

What about the violent? They did minimal damage, and they’ve already been in prison for years. They’ve served their time as far as I’m concerned.

If they attacked or struck a police officer, no pardon.

Release the violent ones?

The ones that beat the shit out of cops?

Really?

Back the blue huh…
not one cop had the shit beat out of him, not one was harmed in any way. stop lying about this.

We all heard or watched Don Trump promise he would pardon all of the people arrested/jailed for their participation in the violent attempt to stop the transfer of power back in 2021. In fact he called them all "Patriots".

I believe somewhere near 1,500 have been convicted. How many of them went to jail, how many are still in jail....... I dunno at this time. Surely the big sentences for the Oathkeepers, Three Percenters, and Proud Boy contingent must still be in place? Hell, just three days ago one attacker was sentenced to eight years in prison (it was the bloke who smashed down the window so Ashli Babbitt could leap toward the police)

So, my questions: Will Trump pardon, exonerate, release ALL of those now behind bars?
Will he pardon all of those who were convicted but have already served their time and been released? Can he erase their felonies?

Are there some who should remain jailed and complete their sentences?

Should Don Trump pardon all of them?

Most especially those where there is ample verifiable video of violent criminal behavior?

In short, should any of them be pardoned? And why?

Expunge the sedition convictions. Nobody went there to overthrow the government.

Those who were simply in the building, released with maybe a misdemeanor for unlawful entry.

Those who committed vandalism or assault should be charged with whatever punishment those charges bring

We need to know why the capital cops helped the people enter the building and in fact escorted them in.

Actually we need to put Byrd in front of a grand jury.

But your request is #3 on the list, after pardoning anyone convicted for just being there.

They should all be pardoned but for the ones who committed serious crimes. Simply being there is not a crime.

Prove you are right.
Tell us how many fall into the categories you describe.
Name names. Who are they.
Where are they located.
What are the crimes they are accused of? And in which court? Before which judges?

Don't mean to put you on the spot poster Redfish but there is the undeniable perception that you do not know your subject, That you haven't done your homework, your due diligence.
So, show us what you really know.

Thanks in advance.

not one cop ......... was harmed in any way.
???? To be blunt with you poster Redfish the above allegation sorta kinda supports the suggestion above that you are uninformed and uneducated about the events of January 6th.
Prove to the forum that you do know what you are talking about.

Expunge the sedition convictions. Nobody went there to overthrow the government.
The sedition convictions aganst members of the Oathkeepers and the ProudBoys were not that they were there to "overthrow-the-government".....in fact, they were there to KEEP the government then in power ....in power.

Their activities were intended to overthrow our Constitutional mandates. And thus seditious. Make 'em serve their full sentences that were levied after grand juries looked at the evidence, after full juries reviewed the evidence, and hear arguments of the prosecutors.....AND..... the defense. And they were convicted after all of that.

Trust the several juries of dozens of citizens who handed down indictments and convicted 'em. THAT....is the way of American jurisprudence.

------------------------------------------------------

who is Byrd?
Ummmm?
Recall the earlier response to you Redfish?
The one that suggested you were uneducated and uninformed about the events of J6?

Well, amigo, you make MAGA look bad. You make any J6 apologist look bad.
You make your avatar look bad.

Be better.
The forum could be persuaded you are better.
If only you would do homework.

The patriots who protested the stolen election should be pardoned.

They're all going home right after the medal ceremonies to try and determine their settlement awards, except of course for those who will be serving in the cabinet, you would of course know all of this if you had actually watched the blockbuster documentary about it. :abgg2q.jpg:

I don't wish to appear presumptious but.........but some jurisdiction with gravitas has gotta show it was stolen. How has that been workin' out for you, Lenny? How's it worked out for those jackass Oathkeepers and Proudboys who are in prison today?
