We all heard or watched Don Trump promise he would pardon all of the people arrested/jailed for their participation in the violent attempt to stop the transfer of power back in 2021. In fact he called them all "Patriots".

I believe somewhere near 1,500 have been convicted. How many of them went to jail, how many are still in jail....... I dunno at this time. Surely the big sentences for the Oathkeepers, Three Percenters, and Proud Boy contingent must still be in place? Hell, just three days ago one attacker was sentenced to eight years in prison (it was the bloke who smashed down the window so Ashli Babbitt could leap toward the police)

So, my questions: Will Trump pardon, exonerate, release ALL of those now behind bars?
Will he pardon all of those who were convicted but have already served their time and been released? Can he erase their felonies?

Are there some who should remain jailed and complete their sentences?

Should Don Trump pardon all of them?
Most especially those where there is ample verifiable video of violent criminal behavior?

In short, should any of them be pardoned? And why?

It should be on his list of Day 1 tasks to immediately release ALL prisoners, including any who were violent. They’ve already been there for years, and we have plenty of people with shorter sentences for committing much worse.

Will Joe Biden on his way out, Pardon his crack head son, while Joe promised that he wouldnt? I can see some people who werent even in the Capitol that day, being pardoned because of the banana republic style justice system used on them, but really Hunter Biden, not only broke the law by using illicit drugs, but lied on a federal form to purchase a handgun, that he should never of received. But daddy Joe loves criminals.

What about the violent? They did minimal damage, and they’ve already been in prison for years. They’ve served their time as far as I’m concerned.

I could go with that on a case by case, depends on what they were doing. Send an email or regular email demanding their release, pardon, and in many cases, their record be expunged.

The worst any of them did was minimal property damage. Three years in prison for breaking a window is more than enough when you consider that non-Republicans commit assaults on innocent people and get less time.

How many years, for example, have the leftists got for beating up Jewish students on college campuses? Is even ONE in jail? Or what about the scumbags who vandalized federal property with graffiti threatening Jews? Not a one went to jail.

It’s past time deciding whom to charge and imprison based on the political stance of the criminals.

I agree with you and many have already served time. And there's the issue of granny being in the vicinity, having nothing to do with anything, and being sentenced to five years. The doj and garland must be brought to heel, investigated, and payment must be exacted.

american citizens demanding that congress allow the evidence of 2020 vote fraud be presented and heard were not attackers any more than the boston tea party was an attack.

Fake convictions and imprisonment without trial or a hearing is unconstitutional, those people should be freed and paid for their unconstitutional imprisonment.

I think granny should get compensation. Take it out of Pelosi’s ill-gotten stock gains.

It has been presented and heard and the conclusion is it is left wanting.
