A Scottsdale art gallery owner now faces disorderly conduct charges after he was reportedly caught on camera taunting a group of Native American performers filming for the Super Bowl.

The video shows a man with long hair, identified as Gilbert Ortega, chant in a mocking manner, as well as saying "MAGA Country" at one point, a reference to Former President Donald Trump's 2016 campaign slogan, Make America Great Again.

According to the caption that is burned onto the video, the incident happened while indigenous performers were being filmed by ESPN for Super Bowl-related video content.

In the video, the name "Gilbert Ortega Authentic Indian Art Galleries" can be seen printed on a glass door that leads into the business.

"It is reported that Mr. Ortega began yelling at the performers causing a disturbance," Scottsdale police said.

A liberal who screams out "MAGA"? Don't think so. You guys own this turd.

Correct me if I am wrong, but the article states this turd mocked the Native Americans by chanting in a TAUNTING MANNER, 'Maga Country'.

IMHO, that sounds like someone mocking 'MAGA'.

Whatever the case, the asshole was arrested, and the art gallery owner gained 'super bowl-level' negative press. The Native Americans got the last laugh, watching him get arrested.

LOL Sure, if the native Americans were wearing MAGA hats, yeah... But that would hardly be the case with them in their native dress.

Nah. This idiot is your typical right-wing moron.

Not only was he making fun of them, but he also makes his living selling Native American jewelry!!! You would think he would welcome Native Americans performing in front of his store - that too, for national tv.

Just goes to show you that he is your garden-variety right-wing moron. You guys do have a lot of those.

In other words, you are confused between Free Speech and Disorderly Conduct? :itsok:
Sometimes the government is confused between free speech and disorderly conduct. A woman was arrested (later released) for silently praying across the street from an abortion clinic. You can't walk down a street in NYC without seeing some nut case yelling about something. It depends on the geography.

Sure. But an idiot screaming epithets at Native Americans who are doing a show? From the reports, this was the second time the nutjob came out of his store to yell at them.

The first time, they couldn't get him on camera but the idiot came back out again and got his name on the national news.

Not caught on camera.
Never happened!

Sure thing.

So you have none...
