Democrats / liberals are always worried about the poor violent criminal getting a second chance, a 'fresh start'. What about the VICTIM?

Does a rape victim het a 'fresh start' ... or do they spend the rest of their life living with the horror and trauma her rapist inflicted upon hetr?

What about the surviving family member after a murder? Does a wife get a 'fresh start' at life going forward without a husband, a parent without their child / baby who was killed during some Chicago drive-by?

In this case, the rapist who should have been in prison got a 'do-over' ... and that's just what he did. He got a 'do-over' with a new victim.

Hochul should be placed in a room with this rape victim and have to explain WHY the POS who raped hqer was not in jail.

If you can sue a political party or a politician for legislation...I say we start suing the 2nd Amendment proponents for the mayhem it has caused.
